Most of the facts about the history come from the Celtic age 400 BC to 40 AD this was commonly known as the Iron Age. Around 49AD there was of course the Roman invasion. The romans arrived in Britannia (Britain) and civilized the nation. Their occupation lasted almost 400 years and they finally withdrew 420AD.
This class will go through the details of each influx of its people, culture, language and way of life right up to today and the modern United Kingdom. How it became United Kingdom and why it was previously known as Great Britain. How Britain was divided into Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and England. The battles fought the rulers who ruled and the way people lived. Today UK has become a very multi cultured Country and even though all people born in Britain are British they are not all English.
