教学目的、要求

 创造力是创新的前奏,创新趋动是中国经济发展的重要战略。提升员工创造力是组织管理与政策制定者的一项重要工作任务。员工创造力管理研究是近二十年来工商管理领域中十分活跃的前沿研究领域,也是一个充满交叉研究机会的领域。
本课程的内容构建在系统的理论知识之上,包括:创造性个体特征、员工创造性动机、团队创造力、创造性领导力、创造性氛围、知识网络与员工创造力。本课程的学习方式为:以当下国内外知名企业的员工创造力实践与案例为引入,开展分析讨论,从中学习经典理论知识。学生可以通过本课,系统地掌握员工创造力管理理论,了解前沿研究动态,形成对员工创造力的深入理解,为专业研究打下理论基础。
课程考核:
出勤30%、课堂讨论30%、大开卷作业40%。
